Backstory

In the ancient Lothiel Era, there lived a noble girl with hair like flames—her name was Ael. From a young age, she displayed an extraordinary gift for music, especially in performing the sacred compositions of Elyia, the legendary goddess of the pipe organ. As she grew older, Ael began to compose melodies of her own—no longer solemn and divine, but passionate and tender, singing of freedom, peace, and human love. Her music seemed to awaken the sleeping earth and warm countless hearts.
Ael’s fame soon spread across the continent of Syuiel, eventually reaching the royal court. Late at night, the young prince would secretly slip into the red-stone hall, just to listen to her songs of liberty. Within her melodies, there was no hierarchy or control—only sincerity and hope.
At the king’s birthday celebration, Ael was invited to perform before the royal court. As the final note faded into silence, the entire palace stood still, moved by her music. Even the aging king shed quiet tears.
The prince proposed to her, and with the king’s blessing, a grand music hall was commissioned in her honor—the Hall of Ael, symbolizing the union of music and monarchy. The people praised this “fated union,” believing it to be a perfect harmony between the divine and the mortal.
But on the very night of Ael’s first concert in her new hall, a sudden fire engulfed everything. The grand organ turned to ash, the glorious dome collapsed, and Ael’s fate vanished into the flames.
